Product Return Policy

Important steps:

1. Returned items must be in resalable condition- software and forms CDs must be unopened. If software is opened product is non-refundable.
2. Returned items must be recieved by fullfillment house within 10 days from date of purchase.
3. Returned products must have copy of sales receipt in the box and must include all products purchased including bonuses.
4. Returned items must have a Return Authorization number.  Please call (941-792-5390) or email kpaddler@att.net for R.A. number and return address prior to shipping.  The R.A. number must be written on the outside of the return package.

If an item is sent back to fulfillment house for return without an R.A. number it will be refused.
All returned products will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
