Product Return Policy

Returned items must be in resalable condition- software must be unopened. If software is opened product is non-refundable.

All Down-loadable products from Website are non-refundable.

Returned items must be sent back within the 30 day return period. Returned product must be sent to:

Returned products must have copy of sales receipt in the box and must include all products purchased including bonuses. All returned products will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Returned items must have a Return Authorization number.

Please call (941-792-5390) or email kpaddler@att.net for R.A. number prior to shipping. The R.A. number must be written on the outside of the return package.

If an item is sent back to us for return without a R.A. number it will be refused.
